Description

I assisted in creating this striking image used on posters and other printed material for the Swedish contribution to the Bocuse d'Or Europe competition of 2012. We arranged the key ingredients used by Adam Dahlberg, the swedish candidate, on the face of a flatbed scanner. The resulting image has a floating, ethereal feel. After a lot of post-work, the poster was ready for the big time in Brussels, where Adam eventually captured the silver medal.
